In May of 2023, Darrin and Laura Simpson embarked on a new journey by acquiring Eastern Shore Pole Buildings, bringing with them decades of experience in construction, marketing, and management. As lifelong residents of Delaware, they have always been passionate about contributing to their community’s growth and development. Their vision was to create a company that delivers exceptional pole building construction and fosters strong relationships with clients through personalized service and integrity.
Before taking the helm at Eastern Shore Pole Buildings, Darrin and Laura founded Blue Hen Construction, a Delaware-based company specializing in custom home builds. Their success with Blue Hen Construction showcased their commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, laying a strong foundation for their endeavors with Eastern Shore Pole Buildings. The synergy between the two companies allows the Simpsons to offer a wide range of construction solutions, from beautiful custom homes to functional and durable pole buildings.
The Next Generation Helping Out Today
The daily operations of Eastern Shore Pole Buildings are led by their son, Jordan Simpson, ensuring that the family’s legacy of excellence continues with the next generation.
Jordan serves as the Sales Manager, bringing an extensive agricultural background that enables him to understand our client’s specific needs, particularly regarding agricultural buildings and equestrian facilities. His hands-on experience and passion for construction ensure that every project is approached with expertise and attention to detail.
Together, the Simpson family combines their diverse skills and shared values to deliver exceptional results. Their collaborative approach means that clients benefit from a wealth of knowledge and experience in both residential and pole building construction.
