Darrin and Laura Simpson, owners of Eastern Shore Pole Buildings, bring decades of experience in construction, marketing, and management. As lifelong residents of Delaware, they have a deep connection to the communities we serve and are passionately committed to delivering excellence in every project. Darrin’s extensive background in construction management allows him to oversee the operational aspects of the company with a keen eye for detail and quality. He ensures that every pole building we construct meets our high standards and fulfills our client’s unique needs.
Laura handles the administrative and marketing side of the business, utilizing her expertise to create a seamless experience for our clients from the initial inquiry to project completion. Her focus on customer relations and communication helps build strong relationships with our clients, fostering trust and transparency throughout the process.

Jordan Simpson — Sales Manager
Jordan is the son of Darrin and Laura and serves as our Sales Manager. With an extensive agricultural background, Jordan has a deep understanding of the unique needs of our clients, especially regarding agricultural buildings and equestrian facilities. His hands-on experience in agriculture allows him to connect with clients who require specialized structures, ensuring that their projects are designed and executed to support their operational needs effectively.
In his role, Jordan leads client consultations and project planning, working closely with clients to fully realize their visions. He oversees the sales team, providing expert guidance based on his specialization in pole building design, project management, and customer service. Andrea Walls — Financial Coordinator

Dale – Official Spokesdog & Chief Morale Officer
As our official spokesdog, Dale brings a whole new meaning to “building with integrity”—and a little extra charm to the job site. He may be small in stature, but he’s big on personality, keeping the team motivated with his wagging tail and watchful eye. Whether he’s supervising from the office chair or making special guest appearances on our job sites, Dale is always ready to lend a paw. When he’s not hard at work, he enjoys belly rubs, snack breaks, and exploring all the best napping spots.
